Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to download and print.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the unused holster in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
