What is the current lead time for orders?
Standard orders typically ship within 5-7 business days, while custom 'Build-Your-Own' items may take up to 3-4 weeks for production.
Do you offer a warranty on your holsters?
Yes, we provide a limited lifetime warranty on all TXC Holsters against manufacturing defects to ensure your gear performs when you need it most.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition. Custom orders are generally final sale.
How do I know which holster fits my specific firearm model?
Each product page features a compatibility dropdown. If you have a specific light, optic, or aftermarket modification, please consult our fitment guide or contact support.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is restricted due to various regional regulations on firearm accessories.
Are TXC Holsters compatible with red dot sights?
Most of our modern holster designs, including the X1 and Beacon series, come standard with an 'optic cut' to accommodate most popular slide-mounted red dot sights.
